Elaboració: Aquest deliciós vermut mallorquí s'ha elaborat a partir de raïm Premsal, una varietat blanca autòctona de Mallorca, el Vermut Muntaner Negre es macera durant 40 dies en herbes com ara artemisa, pell de taronja amarga, pell de llimona, clau, ginebre, cardamom verd, flor de saüc, anís estrellat, camamilla, pètals de rosa, baies de ginebre, panses i prunes (aquestes dues últimes faran de pigment natural). Sense addició de sucres més enllà del contingut en el propi most.
